  • We provides warranty lifetime. As long as it is a product from us, we are happy to support. In specially cases, we will consider warranty support case by case, and additional fees might incur accordingly.

Exchanges & Refund
If for any reason you are not in love with your item selections,
we will gladly issue you a store credit for future use on stock items or custom items, or exchange the item for you within 30 days of purchase.
If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer a store credit or exchange. Custom or made-to-order items are nonexchangeable. Refunds are not available.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Exchanges and store credit are available within 30 days of purchase when the item is returned in new condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for exchange your item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
